A plague has befallen NJ. The return of the 17-year cicadas. I have to admit, though, that this is nothing like the scourge I was promised. So far I’ve found them to be pretty tolerable. Cute even. Very photogenic.

Saw this Lily while visiting the Marin Headlands. I was really struck by its perfect heart shape. It almost looked conceptual. I was glad I had my camera with me to capture it.
Plus, I figured there ought be more here in this blog than me just pissing and moaning.
